Mishkat Family is designed for parents and children to use together. The app does not collect personal data, display advertising, track people across apps or websites, or use third-party analytics.
1. Information collected by the app
We do not collect personal information through Mishkat Family. The app does not require an account and does not send family profiles, lesson progress, reflections, voice memories or local usage records to us.
2. Information stored on your device
Family names and profiles, age bands, goals, lesson progress, reflections, memories and privacy-preserving practice records are stored locally on your device. Local practice records are used only to create your family’s in-app progress and weekly summaries; they have no network client and are not transmitted to us.
3. Optional iCloud sync and family sharing
If you choose to enable iCloud features, family data may be stored in your private iCloud database or in a CloudKit share that you create for invited family members. Apple provides and secures this service under your Apple Account. These private and shared records are not available to the app developer for advertising, analytics or profiling. You control whether iCloud sharing is used and who joins a share.
4. Voice memories and microphone access
The app asks for microphone permission only when you choose to record a voice memory. Recordings are stored on-device and may be included in your optional private or shared iCloud space. We do not receive or listen to them.
5. Purchases
Apple processes subscriptions, payments, refunds and purchase restoration. We do not receive card numbers or Apple Account credentials. Apple may provide the app with a transaction status so Premium features can be unlocked.
6. Children and families
The app is intended for parent-guided family use. It contains no advertising, public profiles, public chat, social feed or cross-app tracking. Purchases, sharing, external links and sensitive settings are protected by a parent gate.
7. External links
Parents may choose to open external sources, Apple subscription management or Apple legal pages. Those services have their own privacy policies. External links are placed behind a parent gate where appropriate.
8. Retention and deletion
On-device family data remains until you delete it using the app’s settings or remove the app. Optional iCloud data remains in your Apple Account until you remove the related app data or CloudKit share. Voice memories can be discarded in the app. Local practice records are automatically limited to one year and can be cleared with family data.
9. Support email
If you voluntarily contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content you send only so we can respond. Support messages are not connected to in-app family data, are not used for advertising or marketing, and are deleted when no longer needed to handle the request.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app changes. The current effective date will appear at the top. Questions can be sent to seanalready8@gmail.com.

صُممت مشكاة للعائلة ليستخدمها الوالدان والأطفال معًا. لا يجمع التطبيق بيانات شخصية، ولا يعرض إعلانات، ولا يتتبع المستخدمين بين التطبيقات أو المواقع، ولا يستخدم تحليلات من جهات خارجية.
١. المعلومات التي يجمعها التطبيق
لا نجمع معلومات شخصية من خلال التطبيق. لا يلزم إنشاء حساب، ولا يرسل التطبيق إلينا ملفات الأسرة أو تقدم الدروس أو التأملات أو الذكريات الصوتية أو سجلات الاستخدام المحلية.
٢. المعلومات المحفوظة على الجهاز
تُحفظ أسماء الأسرة وملفاتها والفئات العمرية والأهداف والتقدم والتأملات والذكريات وسجلات الممارسة الخاصة على جهازكم. تُستخدم سجلات الممارسة لإنشاء تقارير التقدم الأسبوعية داخل التطبيق فقط، ولا تُرسل إلينا.
٣. مزامنة iCloud والمشاركة الاختيارية
إذا اخترتم تفعيل iCloud، فقد تُحفظ بيانات الأسرة في قاعدة iCloud الخاصة بكم أو في مشاركة CloudKit تنشئونها لأفراد الأسرة المدعوين. تقدم Apple هذه الخدمة وتحميها ضمن حساب Apple. لا نستخدم هذه السجلات الخاصة أو المشتركة للإعلانات أو التحليلات أو إنشاء الملفات الشخصية. أنتم تتحكمون في التفعيل وفي المدعوين.
٤. الذكريات الصوتية والميكروفون
لا يطلب التطبيق إذن الميكروفون إلا عندما تختارون تسجيل ذكرى صوتية. تُحفظ التسجيلات على الجهاز، وقد تدخل ضمن مساحة iCloud الخاصة أو المشتركة إذا فعلتم المزامنة. لا نستلمها ولا نستمع إليها.
٥. المشتريات
تتولى Apple الاشتراكات والمدفوعات والمبالغ المستردة واستعادة المشتريات. لا نستلم أرقام البطاقات أو بيانات اعتماد حساب Apple. وقد ترسل Apple إلى التطبيق حالة المعاملة لفتح مزايا بريميوم.
٦. الأطفال والعائلات
التطبيق مخصص للاستخدام العائلي بإرشاد الوالدين. لا توجد إعلانات أو ملفات عامة أو محادثات عامة أو شبكة اجتماعية أو تتبع بين التطبيقات. وتوجد بوابة للوالدين قبل المشتريات والمشاركة والروابط الخارجية والإعدادات الحساسة.
٧. الروابط الخارجية
قد يختار الوالدان فتح مصادر خارجية أو إدارة اشتراكات Apple أو صفحات Apple القانونية. تخضع تلك الخدمات لسياساتها الخاصة، وتوضع الروابط الخارجية خلف بوابة الوالدين عند الحاجة.
٨. مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف
تبقى البيانات المحلية حتى حذفها من إعدادات التطبيق أو حذف التطبيق. وتبقى بيانات iCloud الاختيارية في حساب Apple حتى حذف بيانات التطبيق أو مشاركة CloudKit. يمكن حذف الذكريات الصوتية من التطبيق. ويقتصر سجل الممارسة المحلي تلقائيًا على سنة واحدة ويمكن مسحه مع بيانات الأسرة.
٩. رسائل الدعم
إذا تواصلتم معنا طوعًا بالبريد الإلكتروني، نستلم عنوان البريد ومحتوى الرسالة فقط للرد. لا نربط رسائل الدعم ببيانات الأسرة داخل التطبيق، ولا نستخدمها للإعلان أو التسويق، ونحذفها عندما لا تعود لازمة لمعالجة الطلب.
